Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We offer competitive flat-rate $3.50 shipping. Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. (You can adjust this if you do offer international shipping.)

Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If there’s an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to meet our standard shipping time, please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays).
  • In the case of significant delays, we will notify you and offer support in tracking your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
